Eagle Spirit

A tendril of feathers hangs beside a black-and-white photograph of a Native American man holding an eagle, with rattles placed nearby. The quills are adorned with intricate blue and white beads, while vibrant hairs sprawl across the barbs, crowned by a white tassel.
