Carl Buckland says...

I met Yellowbird skiing at Taos. He is as fine an artist on skis as he is in the studio. I plan to visit the Blue Rain and invest in one of his fabulous wedding vases.
YB, see you this summer, or next season at first snow,
Carl

As a micaceous clay artist myself, Yellowbird\'s work is breathtaking. The pieces are very difficult to achieve both in the fabrication and the firing, to say nothing about the beauty of the form which so beautifully fits the marriage between the imminent and the transcendent. Hi,
I grew up in Taos with a Yellowbird Samora, I am wondering if you are the same Yellowbird? On a side note, love your pottery, very beautiful.

Thanks,

Poppi Monroe
